Role Overview:
The Field Verifier will play a key role in validating data collected in the field, conducting site visits, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that all findings align with our internal audit standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site verifications in alignment with audit objectives
- Interview relevant stakeholders and complete structured verification forms
- Review supporting documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Escalate anomalies and submit detailed reports
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards throughout all processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric (Grade 12); a studying towards a qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration
- Completed qualification in any of the above disciplines would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in data verification, auditing, or fieldwork is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
