Masibulele Ntshinga

Director

Mr. Masibulele Ntshinga is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA), a full member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), a Tax Practitioner and a Commissioner of Oath.

In 2015 Mr Ntshinga obtain full professional membership under the South African Institute of Professional Accountants through successfully completing SAIPA s Professional evaluation exams. He has rich experience in various types of audits and accounting activities which includes Statutory external Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, stock audits, Government audit etc, through his 17 years in auditing various clients and various industries ranging from restaurants, motor vehicle industry, mining, manufacturing, property developments and NPO s.

His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialise in strategic planning, statutory audits, taxation, financial and management accounting activities. He also has served as a board member in various entities including The Sustainability Institute, Abalimi Bezekhaya, Rainbow Arts Organisation, Silwa Indlala Ngolimo NPO.

He has rich knowledge of Service Tax in Direct and Indirect Taxes and extensive experience in handling assessment cases.

Aphindiwe Majova

Head of Internal Audit Unit

Over 10 years in auditing (both external and internal) and consulting within the public sector and NPO sector.
